Grzegorz Milewski. Generation 1976. He comes from Cracow and he laconically is talking about himself – ,,I am interested in man and his history”. One can see it, are heard and to feel at his works. It's safe to say that it is an essence of the street photography, where the motive, the situation are the most important.
Grzegorz
loves the street and the people on it found. Compared to other street
photographers stand it one more very important
feature - a sense of humor. Grzegorz easily invents absurd situations. His
sense of humor, however, is warm, just like situations and persons from
literure of Czech writer Bohumil Hrabal.
He is close to the people. He is not afraid to interact with the photographed people. Some of them seem to pose. However, there are natural, probably disarmed sincerity and modesty of the same author.
